The Team: The S&P Global Market Intelligence marketing team is comprised of creative and enthusiastic B2B marketing professionals located around the world. As part of the Sales and Marketing organization - with strong partnership with the investor relations solutions business unit - we focus on developing and executing product marketing campaigns that build sales pipeline, increase brand awareness and gain market share.

The Impact: You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, tactics, and KPIs for our target audience within the Investor Relations Solutions and Corporate Issuer market. As a member of our Marketing team, you will lead internal and external campaigns to launch product, build brand awareness, and drive pipeline and usage for our solutions. While partnering closely with product, sales, and relationship managers to understand business objectives, you'll create and deliver annual marketing plans in alignment with these objectives, and report regularly on progress. Marketing efforts will include email, digital, social, print, webinars, account-based marketing programs, and events. You'll also work on cross-product/segment initiatives that drive synergy sales opportunities.
What's in it for you: With your 3+ years of experience in marketing or a related field and experience in B2B marketing and/or financial services, you will demonstrate your ability to craft clear, compelling messaging for complex products aimed at a sophisticated client base. Using your strong written and presentation skills, you'll create and implement marketing plans that leverage the full suite marketing channels and feel comfortable setting KPIs and regular reporting on metrics.
Responsibilities: ??? Act as a strategic partner to product, sales, and relationship management team members to develop annual marketing plans and produce multi-channel campaigns aligned to the business' growth strategy. Collaborate with these stakeholders and marketing teammates to build effective campaigns that drive demand and contribute to qualified lead pipelines.
??? Maintain a consistent understanding of S&P Global Market Intelligence's solutions and the competitive landscape to create persona-based marketing campaigns
??? Compile, analyze, and present marketing campaign/program results to key stakeholders regularly
??? Create and manage web and social media content assets and SEO and SEM programs
??? Utilize Marketo to build email campaigns that reach target segments and nurture leads towards conversion
??? Partner with events marketing to ensure events are appropriately staffed and reflect our brand; set and proactively collect event ROI metrics
??? Leverage global content from internal thought leaders and recommend new topics to enhance client and prospect engagement for S&P Global Market Intelligence's solutions
??? Create and maintain an inventory of assets to be used for sales enablement and events
??? Seek ways to improve key marketing metrics such as campaign response rates, event attendance rates, feedback scores, quality of leads, thought leadership awareness, new content/product/service introduction and adoption, and brand awareness building
??? Provide support to junior marketing team members to ensure execution of marketing campaigns in alignment with business strategy
What We're Looking For:
Basic Qualifications:
??? Bachelor's degree (Marketing, Communications, Business or related field preferred); graduate degree a plus
??? Minimum 3 years in a marketing or communications role or similar experience; B2B financial services experience preferred but not required
??? Foundational understanding of investment banking and other client segments covered by S&P Global Market Intelligence
??? Experience writing persona-driven messaging that clearly communicates solutions' benefits
??? Experience leveraging print, digital, social, and event channels to drive B2B marketing campaigns
??? Strong presentation skills and written skills; ability to communicate with all levels of team and management
??? Able to manage campaign budgets and communicate effectively with creative teams and agencies
??? Excellent organizational and time management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
??? Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and Marketo marketing automation desired
??? Experience with financial information platforms such as S&P Capital IQ or S&P Capital IQ Pro.
Compensation/Benefits Information: S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $60,000 - $90,000. Base salary ranges may vary by geographic location.
