Job Description Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, with dotted line responsibility to the Associate Dean of Graduate Programs, this positions main goal is to grow community engagement for our graduate students through functions and responsibilities such as: communications strategic planning and analytics, development of branded communications, digital and social marketing, and marketing of new initiatives and events. The person in this role will lead and manage the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the communication strategies, including social media strategies, to ensure they are aligned with each graduate programs mission and strategic plan. In addition, the person in this role will be responsible for tracking and reporting on the effectiveness of communications outreach and events strategy. Finally, this role will work with the Questrom events planning team to organize graduate program celebrations around commencement. In this capacity, the person in this role will manage the full scope of planning, budgeting, and marketing prior to graduation celebrations as well as the day of logistics.

BA/BS required in a relevant field with three to five years of related work experience, ideally in a higher education and/or online program setting.
Demonstrated ability to develop comprehensive communication plans and develop content.
Hands-on experience with CRM tools (especially Salesforce), email automation software, SEO/SEM, and social media.
Experience collaborating with internal and external teams and contributors.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and writing skills.
