Department: MarineQuest - 31405Brief Summary of Work for this position: The Registration, Marketing, & Communications Associate is responsible for managing the on-line registration system for MarineQuest. This includes technical support and troubleshooting, customer service, enrollment tracking and assessment, and report preparation, and provides annual and seasonal updates to the system. This provides customer service by responding to phone and email inquiries related to applications, confirmation materials and registrations.The Registration, Marketing, & Communications Associate coordinates the interface of the registration system with MarineQuest's websites which serve as main marketing avenues and also manages duties s
