Team / Division Overview
The Client Experience, Marketing & Digital Sales team is responsible for strategy, conception, implementation as well as management and optimization of the digital platforms for all digital communications and marketing activities. In addition, the team manages digital touchpoints across various sales channels and prioritizes customer needs to promote digital sales activities. We work closely with internal sales functions, product management teams, legal & compliance, IT departments, and external vendors. Your Key Responsibilities:
Manage the Digital Marketing Platforms/Website and support US lead with delivering strategic & tactical digital priorities
Collaborate with a team of developers for the US platforms in close coordination with the local and global teams
Responsible for management and ensuring project delivery for large scale projects, in both national and international capacities with high conceptual and technical complexity
Lead and execute digital transformation strategy in close alignment with global and regional counterparts, product, operations, legal/compliance, and technology teams
Create and monitor success metrics to establish regular reporting for marketing programs
Ensure proper control and operational framework is established when implementing marketing programs
Your Skills & Experience:
5+ years of relevant professional experience in IT Consulting, Website Management, Digital Marketing, Digital Strategy, or Digital Transformation
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science or similar fields; MBA a plus
Proven experience in Digital Strategy definition and execution
Understanding of UX / UI design, analytical testing, and information architecture
Understanding of the marketing sales funnel, customer's journey, personas, messaging and positioning
Extensive knowledge of web platforms, content management systems, Extensible Markup Language (XML) and related MarTech components
Strong project management skills, with proven experience in driving multiple digital projects at the same time while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
Highly motivated self-starter with ability to develop and shape topics independently
Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated success in building collaborative relationships with ability to influence the ideation/execution of key initiatives
Act as a digital change/growth advocate, educating broader organization on new capabilities that will further the transformation of the business
Passion for digital marketing-staying on top of most recent news, best industry practices, and emerging trends
Agile mindset, open to change and hands-on attitude
Fluent in English, language skills in German are welcomed, but not required
License(s) required:
FINRA Series 7 license (must be willing to obtain if you do not currently hold certification)

The salary range for this position in New York City is $76,500 to $143,000. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of renumeration
