Marketing Manager/Specialist

Energy Suspension, the leader in premium automotive polyurethane suspension and drive train components is actively seeking a motivated, and disciplined Marketing Manager/Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of the automotive aftermarket, detail oriented, an excellent communicator and a problem-solver with a strong desire to exceed objectives. The position provides the opportunity to work with the top warehouse distributors, aftermarket manufacturers and retailers in the country. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, Word, Excel, and Outlook is also necessary.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the annual marketing plan and responsibility to execute the plan
• Create marketing support materials - flyers, product releases, catalogs.
• Create and manage the content plan for social media including increasing subscribers
• Work with social media influencers to maximize Energy Suspension exposure and brand awareness
• Video production and placement
• Updating & maintaining the Energy Suspension website
• Negotiate media contracts and marketing materials production costs

Knowledge, Skill and Experience:

• Proficient in Quark, In-Design, Photoshop, MS Word and Excel.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, adapt quickly and meet deadlines.
• Experience in the Automotive Aftermarket a big plus.
• Self-starter driven by passion for expanding Energy Suspensions brand awareness
• Excellent knowledge of Video Equipment and Editing programs
• Basic knowledge of automotive suspension a plus
• A Strong sense of customer service and the ability to defuse a customer when needed.
• Good organizational skills and a positive” Get it Done” attitude
• A True Team Player attitude that is eager to learn new things.
• Being punctual and completing tasks in a timely matter is important.
• A desire to grow within a company.
