This professional position is responsible for a wide range of fund compliance and administration activities related to the University of Minnesota Foundation funds established to accept and manage donations and the related agreements.  This position is responsible for the knowledge and application of state and federal laws, IRS rules and regulations, and the University and Foundation policies and principles. This position executes the creation of and changes to fund accounts; working with development staff and donors to prepare contracts documenting donor intent and administrative directives while providing excellent customer service.  This position also performs other duties as assigned including process optimization, process documentation and fund database enhancements.
