This position is responsible for executing digital communications activities and social media campaigns to increase awareness of the Association’s conferences/events, membership activities, legislative and regulatory efforts, and other initiatives. This position requires the ability to work independently, in a supporting role, and as part of a team for a financial services trade association.
Essential Job Functions
Collaborate to develop marketing initiatives, campaigns, and overall digital marketing strategy for social media, website, and email marketing efforts. Identify and implement tactics to increase audience growth and engagement, integrate digital platforms with new and existing communications and marketing e?orts, and ensure the use of high-quality visual assets in all digital communications. Specific duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Create and implement task timelines and progress reports.
Craft engaging content for marketing materials across various platforms.
Create graphics for diverse marketing purposes.
Collaborate on video and digital media content production.
Maintain compliance with brand standards across materials.
Develop and implement a comprehensive Social Media Strategy.
Create original, high-quality content using approved language and imagery.
Make recommendations for expanding the Association’s social media presence and name recognition on digital platforms.
Responsible for social media account management, including creating and managing social media calendar, gathering/creating content, writing captions.
Analyze the Association’s social media campaigns and compile regular social media performance reports.
Develop paid social media campaigns, propose budget, gain plan approval, and manage campaigns.
Regularly review the Association’s websites and ensure that content is accurate and updated and all links and redirects are functioning properly for a professional appearance.
