The Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University invites applications for a tenure-track faculty position (open-rank) in the Department of Marketing and Logistics. The position is contingent on funding and university approval. We seek candidates with a demonstrable interest in research and teaching in the area of technology and software marketing and/or economics. Applicants may have research that specifically explores issues related to software marketing or have important managerial implications for software marketing, sales, and/or economics. Applicants should have an interest in teaching courses related to software, innovation, technology, and/or digital marketing.
Minimum requirements for the position are a PhD in business and/or related field (near completed PhD students are welcome to apply) and evidence of an ability to conduct high quality research. The salary is competitive with leading research universities.
Applicants should include a cover letter, two letters of recommendation, curriculum vitae, and at least one (or more) paper(s) that is representative of the applicants research. Per AMA guidelines, first round interviews will be conducted via zoom in August. Second round interviews will be conducted in September-October.
