The Senior Director of Marketing and Sales creates and implements fan engagement and revenue generation strategies and tactics through communication, advertising campaigns, database marketing, email marketing, social media and promotional initiatives for the department. Responsible for increasing awareness that translates into additional revenue, attendance while also developing other revenue streams. This position will build and execute strategic plans for assigned sport(s) that focus on driving attendance, sales and revenues. For assigned sport(s), this position will lead game presentation and fan experience efforts.
