JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
Work within the Marketing Operations team to identify, evaluate, onboard, and manage preferred Greystar marketing suppliers as it relates to the customer experience journey of shopping/leasing, onboarding, living, and renewing/moving out. Serve as marketing supplier relationship lead as advocate for Greystar managed communities, U.S.-based marketing team members, and Greystar.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Manage current and new marketing supplier relationships. This includes meeting monthly or quarterly via Teams or in person with suppliers, sharing best practices, updating on compliance changes, identifying opportunities to innovate and pilot within the supplier platform, supporting data integration needs, etc.
- Develop and publish best practices and standard procedures for supplier platforms and processes.
- Triage and ensure satisfactory resolution for operational issues that arise with suppliers.
- Identify KPIs and other performance measures with internal stakeholders and preferred marketing suppliers. Create, update, and distribute reporting in partnership with Greystar Marketing Performance and Enterprise data. Analyze and review data to maximize results and suitability for continuing the partnership.
- Develop and publish case studies and Greystar "house views" on all preferred suppliers to help increase penetration, ensure revenue goals are met, and provide insight, when necessary, on why particular platforms or products do not qualify for a preferred supplier partnership.
- Support and collaborate with Greystar Advantage Solutions in the annual negotiation of preferred supplier pricing, submission of contract updates, validation of billing, legal compliance documents, and all risk and executive memos, as needed.
- Develop, coordinate, and provide training for appropriate levels, including Teams, in-person, and vendor training, and serve as a resource for all questions concerning the different suppliers.
- Stay current on the latest technology inside and outside the multi-family industry related to marketing operations.
- Lead the RFP process in partnership with Greystar Advantage Solutions using their platforms and other best practices built in partnership.
- Supports Innovation processes and collaborates with Marketing Operations Property Support, marketing billing, and GS Central bill to ensure a smooth onboarding process of new suppliers and products.
Other Responsibilities:
- May be a lead resource for other marketing team members regarding processes, reporting, and solution sales strategy.
- Completes various human resources, financial, administrative, and other reports, and analyses and performs other duties as assigned or as necessary.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
- Bachelor's degree with concentration in marketing, advertising, communications or business is preferred.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience.
- Can set priorities effectively and organize workload to achieve maximum outputs on time.
- Understanding of project management processes, including requirements development, scope definition, communication management, budget management, reporting, risk identification, and stakeholder engagement.
- Initiates change and is a self-starter. Takes on and produces a high volume of work. Can sustain a heavy workload over an extended period.
- Extreme attention to detail, adaptability, excellent time management, and dedication to staying organized.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
- Demonstrates Greystar core values in all aspects of work - strong ethical character and commitment to service.
- Advanced level knowledge of Excel, demonstrating proficiency in remaining Microsoft Office products, Salesforce, and Google Docs.
- Demonstrated mathematical skills necessary to add, subtract, multiply, and divide numbers, decimals, and fractions, and calculate percentages to complete financial records, budgets, and other fiscal reporting information.

The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $85,000
Additional Compensation:
- Corporate Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in an annual bonus program based on individual and company performance.
- Onsite Property Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs.
