We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Marketing and Communications to lead our marketing efforts and drive audience acquisition, engagement, and retention for both our in-person concerts and our Virtual Concert Hall. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing growth strategies, managing marketing campaigns across various channels, and leveraging data-driven insights to fuel audience growth. This role is a primary thought partner with the Executive Director and works closely with cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious goals.
