In this position, you’ll help keep our marketing strategies on track, manage relationships with content and TV production vendors, and gain hands-on experience in various facets of legal marketing. You’ll work closely on-site in Charleston with the Director of Marketing and other team members, gaining valuable professional growth opportunities along the way.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support & Organization
Schedule meetings, handle correspondence, and manage marketing calendars to keep initiatives on track.
Organize files and maintain databases related to marketing leads, partners, and community contacts.
Collaboration & Coordination
Facilitate smooth communication between the Director of Marketing, internal teams, and external vendors.
Oversee project progress, send reminders for upcoming deadlines, and ensure final deliverables meet expectations.
Vendor Management
Serve as the main point of contact for content creation and TV production vendors, coordinating timelines and deliverables.
Review basic details of vendor submissions to maintain alignment with brand guidelines and quality standards.
Social Media Assistance
Help schedule and post approved content on social media platforms (primarily Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram).
Monitor engagement and gather feedback to continuously enhance our online presence.

Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
Associate’s degree in Business Administration (or related) is a plus, especially with relevant experience.
Experience
Previous experience in a law firm or legal environment is preferred (but not required).
Familiarity with social media platforms and coordinating vendor relationships is beneficial.
