Job Description: Serve as the senior faculty administrator and oversee day-to-day activities related to excellence in teaching, research, and outreach while enhancing visibility of RID+I locally, nationally, and internationally.Balance fiscal models, growth strategy, scale, and scope of programs.Engage actively with dual enrollment, administration, teachers, and counselors to enhance the design experiences that prepare high schoolers to attend RID+I.Foster strong connections between academic activities, research/creative scholarship, professional partnerships and sponsored projects and research.Further the mission/vision, strategic plan, and brand positioning for RID+I, including the development of digital marketing and commun
