CVG Airport Authority is currently seeking candidates for the Vice President of Public Affairs, Marketing & Communications.
This leadership role is responsible for overseeing CVG Airport Authority Marketing, Communication, and Public Affairs. Plans, organizes, integrates, manages and evaluates the activities, operations and services of a team of subject matter experts. Manages and directs comprehensive legislative and intergovernmental relations, public information and media relations, strategic marketing and community outreach programs and activities. Provides expert professional assistance and guidance to CVG Airport Authority management on a wide range of corporate and public affairs matters.
Training and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field to the area of assignment and 12 years of related experience with progressively increased levels of responsibility; or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above.
Relevant Licensing/Certifications:
Maintains applicable registrations to conduct formal lobbying activities,
Public Relations Society of America Accredited in Public Relations (preferred),
Certified Member issued by the American Association of Airport Executives (AAAE) or the ability to obtain within the first two years of employment,
American Marketing Association/Professional Certified Marketer (preferred).
Benefits and Salary Information:
Starting salary will range from $157,942-$220,453. Offer will be commensurate with experience, certifications, etc.
