Under general direction of the lead marketing strategist, develops and implements digital-centric and data-informed Annual Marketing Plans that accelerate lead generation and drive student enrollments. Researches and analyzes data from multiple sources to assist in establishing program marketing goals; develops program-specific marketing and distribution strategies and key messaging; and informs tactical recommendations. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to create new marketing plans and successfully reach revenue and enrollment targets. Collaborates with digital advertising specialist and media agency to establish ongoing testing to optimize performance. Responsible for marketing strategy across all phases of the program lifecycle, from launch to maintenance to sunset.
Responsible for all aspects of marketing management for programs within assigned portfolio, including writing and implementing strategic marketing plans; tracking program inquiries and enrollments and recalibrating strategies and tactics to achieve targets; managing moderate marketing budgets; researching and recommending marketing solutions; and reporting on the results of marketing initiatives.
Uses program knowledge, skill in digital marketing and analyzed data to optimize the performance of campaigns for ROAS, conversion rates and other key performance indicators. Partners with colleagues to utilize marketing technology and automation to create persuasive, personalized marketing strategies that drive inquiries, enrollments and retention.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications - For full consideration, applicants are encouraged to upload license and/or certification if required of the position
Bachelor's degree in related area and/or equivalent experience/training
3+ years of experience developing, implementing, evaluating and adapting digital-centric marketing plans to effectively reach diverse audiences and move them through the marketing funnel, from initial inquiry through retention. This includes developing and managing marketing budgets designed to achieve revenue targets
Experience using marketing technology and analytics tools such as CRMs, Google Analytics, digital marketing platforms, etc. to evaluate the performance of marketing investments
Project management experience and independent problem-solving and organizational skills to effectively monitor and manage multiple projects with overlapping deadlines and tasks
Skills in analyzing, researching and synthesizing large amounts of data and presenting actionable recommendations based on that analysis
Ability to make decisions based on established organizational goals, policies and sound judgment, and interpersonal skills to develop collaborative relationships with clients, colleagues, vendors and other partners
Preferred Qualifications
Experience using Salesforce and Marketing Cloud
Experience working in higher education, ideally in a continuing and professional education environment or with non-traditional adult students
Experience developing, tracking and evaluating digital advertising campaigns on multiple platforms
Experience using a variety of research methods, such as secondary research, key informant interviews, etc. to identify target audiences and industry trends to inform marketing plans and strategic recommendations
