The Administrative Officer will be providing support for the administrative operations of the UCSF Fresno Clinical Research Center. The AO will use professional concepts to apply organization policies and procedures to oversee a variety of ongoing administrative operational issues. The AO will be responsible for coordinating the Research Scholars Program which recruits college students who want to participate in clinical research alongside a Physician Principal Investigator. The AO will use technological skills including but not limited to digital marketing and social media to advertise and disseminate information regarding the services and support offered by the UCSF Fresno Clinical Research Center to learners, faculty, staff, and all other community stakeholders. The AO must be able to analyze and resolve operational problems of moderate scope.

The final salary and offer components are subject to additional approvals based on UC policy.

Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. For positions that are represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement.

The salary range for this position is $29.05 - $53.50 (Hourly Rate).
