Marketing Operations Coordinator
Responsible for marketing Tech Hubs brand, product offerings, and services to The Ohio State Universitys campus community. This includes control of the stores social media presence, website banners/articles, events, signage, and related outreach. Individual will work closely with store manager and vendor representatives to ensure all required guidelines are closely adhered to. Thoughtful analysis of sales data and customer feedback is crucial. The person in this role will play an integral part in all aspects of the stores strategic marketing plan and vision for the future. Secondary duties include customer service on retail sales floor and by phone/email; general supervision of sales floor operations; basic IT support for customers; coordination with vendor representatives.
