General Description
The Johns Hopkins Carey Business School invites applications for a full-time, tenure-track faculty position at the Assistant, Associate or Full Professor level in Marketing for appointments beginning August 2025. An appointment at the Full Professor level will be tenured.

Qualifications
Qualified candidates must have the following:
A PhD degree in Marketing or related fields conferred by employment start date.
Demonstrated strong commitment to academic research in Marketing and related fields.
Associate and Full Professor appointments are subject to external evaluations under the Carey Appointments, Promotion, and Tenure process. Associate Professor candidates should have an excellent academic and research record with publications in the top journals and a research pipeline that shows progress towards promotion to full professor with tenure. Full Professor candidates should have a distinguished academic and research record.
Evidence of successful teaching in a graduate business school environment is required for Associate and Full Professor applicants and is desirable but not required for Assistant Professor applicants who are just obtaining their PhD.
Faculty are expected to teach classes in our MBA, MS, and undergraduate business minor programs.

Three (3) confidential letters of reference are required for applicants for the Assistant Professor level. Applicants for the Associate and Full Professor level are required to provide names of 3 referees, who will be contacted if the application moves forward.
