The School for Environment and Sustainability (SEAS) is actively looking for a skilled Marketing Cloud Administrator to support and collaborate with members of the SEAS community. Your primary role will involve improving our marketing processes, providing technical assistance to enhance digital solutions, overseeing email marketing campaigns, and employing data integration techniques to maximize the use of the Marketing Cloud. Working closely with central IT, the SEAS Student Center, and the Communications Marketing team, you will also implement automation solutions to guarantee the seamless execution of technical marketing campaigns for the school.
You will report directly to the SEAS Information Technology Manager and will collaborate with our Salesforce Administrator, occasionally providing back-up on the Salesforce process as needed.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Digital Marketing, Technology, or an equivalent combination of education, experience, and training.
Experience in conducting technical business analyses, such as business process improvement or creating reporting tools/mechanisms.
Proven proficiency in SQL, query, and report-writing tools.
Detail-oriented with robust organizational and problem-solving skills, using best judgement practices.
Capability to work independently with minimal direction, multitasking effectively and maintaining productivity and timeliness.
Openness to acquiring new technical skills and staying current on application development and configuration systems.
Demonstrated experience in successfully collaborating with diverse teams or populations, employing a positive and engaging approach.
Prioritize friendly service and creativity.
Authorization to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship.
Salary will be determined based on experience.
