This position may be eligible for a hybrid work arrangement that may include a partially remote work location, consistent with System Office policy. UNC Chapel Hill employees are generally required to reside within a reasonable commuting distance of their assigned duty station.
Reporting to the Director of Digital Innovation, the Associate Director of Marketing Automation will serve as the lead administrator and manager of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). The Associate Director will support the management and guidance of marketing and engagement strategies in collaboration with OneCarolina schools and units and other campus partners, utilizing queries, automations, and journeys within SFMC to enable innovative strategies.
Education and Experience:
Demonstrated successful marketing or transferrable experience. Experience in marketing automation, preferably Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Familiarity with the University's academic and administrative offices and their functions; knowledge of and ability to tap resources within the University community.
