The Associate Director, Regional Marketer drives to support the development and execution of the Medical Expert Engagement Plan working closely with external customers and internal cross-functional teams to drive advocacy for the brand. This position can be based remotely anywhere in the U.S. (there may be some exceptions based on legal entity registration). Please note that this role would not provide relocation as a result. The expectation of working hours and travel will be defined by the hiring manager. Must be able to travel 50-60% of the time.
Responsibilities: * Function as a field-facing member of the marketing team, collaborating with sales, market access, medical affairs, and other functions * Establish and facilitate Clinical, Operational, and Administrative Medical Expert relationships in both the systems of care and community settings to develop advocacy and sentiment aligned to brand strategy * Oversee selection of regional Medical Experts with high relevance and value to targeted accounts * Develop a deep understanding of regional dynamics, including key field insights and intelligence, to promote regional advocacy strategies in coordination with unique marketing plans * Capture and disseminate real-time themes / trends from Medical Expert insights to broader Novartis partners, including marketing, sales, and market access, as relevant, to drive development of new strategies and tactical approaches * Develop, coordinate, and execute congress planning for regional and national meetings, support meetings between leadership and customers at major meetings * Assist in the execution and interpretation of customer-level market research; lead and facilitate identification of Peer-to-Peer interactions, including Speaker's Bureau programs
