Job Description Summary
Cushman & Wakefieldâ™s is seeking Digital Marketing Operations Specialists to provide operational support within our Multifamily Marketing team, working across national and regional marketing initiatives in the U.S. This role is responsible for assisting with data analysis, digital content management, reporting, and day-to-day marketing tasks. Ideal candidates will be detail-oriented, organized, and collaborative, with strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality work that supports marketing objectives and enhances team efficiency.
Job Description
About the Role:
- Support regional marketing teams through digital tasks such as ad listing edits, online audits, and website updates across platforms including CRM systems and social media
- Assist with branding initiatives and promotional campaigns, while maintaining accurate digital asset libraries and internal repositories
- Communicate progress and updates to stakeholders, ensuring timely execution of assignments and other marketing support duties
About You:
- 3+ years of digital marketing experience with expertise in automation tools, data maintenance, and website optimization
- Skilled in Yardi, RealPage, Google Analytics, Meta platforms, and Microsoft Office; quick to adapt to new systems and processes
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with proven ability to manage global stakeholders and thrive in flexible, team-driven environments
