Manage all event and promotion implementation; collateral, entertainment, merchant participation, resource interaction and support, staging and breakdown.
Supervise the production of all collateral materials; directories, posters, event brochures and flyers.
Oversee client's website, manage all content and edit when necessary, update tenant selections, work directly with tenants to participate on the website.
Manage and promote client social media accounts, draft social media boosts, develop basic social media graphics for each platform, prepare social media tracking reports for client. Develop content for paid social content campaigns such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn.
Produce and distribute email through broadcast e-blast to support merchants and property generated events and promotions.
Prepares a monthly marketing report, tracking social media activity and submits report to client.
Speaks and reports to client using clear and professional language, prepares and reviews written documents accurately and completely; answers telephones and attends conference call using appropriate etiquette.
Distribute information to the community and increase public knowledge through multiple channels.
Budget Management: maintain budget accountability for marketing expenses and reconcile and reforecast the marketing budget each month.
Experience/Skills needed:
BA/BS in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration or related area, with minimum of 1 to 2 years of Marketing Experience
Experience in special event planning
Experience in managing a brand or organization's marketing tools
Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite
Exceptional interpersonal communication
Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail
Strong understanding and ability to demonstrate exceptional customer service skills
Experience collaborating with team members to develop and execute marketing campaigns
Creativity
Self-motivated, able to meet deadlines
Ability to work a flexible schedule which may require weekend hours
