MARKETING OPERATIONS ADMINISTRATOR 3, MIT Professional Education (PE), to collaborate with PE colleagues, program directors, other staff, faculty, clients, and vendors in the delivery of world-class professional education programs to companies and individuals; be responsible for the administration of operations, including finance for PE marketing, in a dynamic and challenging environment; and assist with the development and implementation of marketing plans and communicate a marketing vision and strategy and developing and managing the forecasts and budgets for PE marketing. REQUIRED: Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field; a minimum of five years of marketing/communications experience; experience developing and implementing a strategic plan for marketing; experience with data, financial reporting, and analysis; experience managing vendor contracts; excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to handle confidential and sensitive matters with discretion and diplomacy, assess information, and resolve problems; in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office, including advanced-level Excel skills; experience using video conferencing applications; and knowledge of CRM systems such as Salesforce and marketing automation platforms.
