Develops and defines the overall marketing approach for market or segment specific programs, and ensures alignment with Business Objectives. Responsible for overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, from scope definition to creation to retirement of solution. Analyze program results, tracks results versus goals and revises program elements to improve results.
Consult with Industry and Portfolio marketing on campaign flow and choice of most appropriate tactics
Work with the Project Managment Office to create a timeline for program build
Work with Demand Center Data Analysts to define and have segmentation created
Work with the Digital Services team to have the program assets and canvases built
Consult on the best gating strategy for the program and work with the Digital Services team on implementation
Work with Industry and Portfolio marketing and copywriters on program messaging
Work with external tele marketing agency for lead qualification
Work with the reporting function to facilitate program dashboards and deep-dives
Keep an asset inventory and analyse gaps in messaging and available assets against Audience and buyer journey
Skills, Knowledge, Experience and Education:
Knowledge of ABM and other types of Marketing programs
Knowledge of different types of acquisition channels
Knowledge of Digital Marketing tactics
Knowledge of Lead Generation & Nurture.
Knowledge or Marketing Automation
Experience in integrated campaign/program management
Awareness of the manufacturing and automation business
Experience in agency/external vendor management
Knowledge of Budgetary management
Strong communication skills
Fluent in English (written & spoken) & ideally 2nd language
