The incumbent will be responsible for setting the strategic vision one or more digital products/solutions and create the product roadmap while working closely with internal and external stakeholders. She/he will be responsible for driving market penetration, adoption, engagement and building sustainable business advantage. She/He will act as an SME and help drive the organization wide digital vision.
Core Job Responsibilities :
Product strategy and road map
Create and manage existing and new digital products in line with overall EPD India strategy.
Define and implement of the overall product roadmap. Prepare launch plans and transform product ideas or concepts to a Minimum Viable Product where necessary ( POC)
Defines and execute pilots to demonstrate value propositions in real-world settings.
Implements agile and lean methodologies to rapidly learn and iterate product concepts to create sticky user engagement.
Define success metrics in line with the overall business goal and stay on course with regular monitoring/milestones. Be ready to pivot where necessary
Work with business affiliates on value extraction for the key initiatives and have regular cadence.
Stake holder management
Demonstrate leadership and act as SME for both internal and external stakeholders to drive business objectives
Liaise with business stakeholders including affiliate digital teams, commercial teams, field force, advisory and research on a day-to-day basis for business goals and milestones
Manage vendor relationships
Be the motivator and driving force behind adoption of digital platforms
Be customer centric & provide market/ competitive insights to determine next wave of product features
Works with the external health ecosystem to partner on relevant capabilities to explore innovative business solutions and drive business growth.
Position Accountability / Scope :
The job is reporting to Associate Director, Digital Strategy and would have significant interaction/s with commercial, affiliate digital marketing, IT and brand teams on a regular basis. This position will be held accountable in terms of measurable outcomes, ROI and deadlines.
Minimum Education :
Engineering degree with MBA from a reputed Indian / International institute is a must
Minimum Experience/Training Required :
15+ years of total experience in Product creation/management with tier-1 consulting firms/technology company with a focus on healthcare
Ability to work independently yet collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-volume, start-up environment
Demonstrate customer driven/centric attitude and hands on experience working with consumers, internal stakeholders and external stakeholders to drive business goals.
Track record of creation and deployment of highly scalable digital solutions
Very strong in advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, senior management and partners
Proven ability to think clearly in a deadline-driven environment.
Should be good to analyze and report on a variety of data, solve complex problems, and scope creative engagements for successful delivery
Experience with online marketing tools and web-based technologies is a plus
