As our Journey Manager, you'll play a key role in defining and implementing enterprise-wide holistic audience journeys for prioritized-business-initiatives and/or audience segments. As one of the key leaders supporting the client groups (and pods), you will work closely with partners in market research, analytics, digital, channel teams and agencies. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field required; MBA is a plus
A minimum of 7 years' marketing experience required; prior experience within financial services and/or investment management is a plus.
You demonstrate in-depth knowledge of foundational digital marketing topics (e.g., customer experience, journey design, SEO, SEM, broad emails, tactical triggered emails, tagging), channels (paid, earned and owned) and experience in advanced marketing tactics (e.g., real-time decision-making, personalization at scale, including relevant key drivers and KPIs/measurement, B2B sales enablement).
Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of operationalizing innovative audience journey experiences, strategies, and programs, with a strong grasp of audience insights/analysis including how insights are being used effectively to deliver a holistic customer experience.
Demonstrates initiative by identifying issues and recommending solutions.
Demonstrates ability to influence groups and/or more senior associates.
Demonstrates sound judgment in resolving matters of moderate complexity.
Demonstrates effective written and oral communications skills with a diverse group of associates and senior business leaders.
