Rutgers Business School –Newark & New Brunswick (RBS) is a two-campus business school with a presence in both Rutgers University – New Brunswick and Rutgers University-Newark.
This position is responsible for and not limited to the following:
Oversee the professional mentoring of RBS students, student leadership programs, or any other student programs as assigned at Rutgers Business School in Newark and New Brunswick.
Reporting to the Director of SEER, the Senior Program Coordinator will organize, implement, and continuously improve mentoring and leadership development initiatives that connect students with alumni and corporate partners.
Manage day-to-day operations, recruitment and communications, mentor/mentee matching logistics, event planning, and data tracking for the program for which they are responsible.
This position will prepare semester and annual reports, and collaborate across RBS and university offices to deliver high-quality experiences that advance student engagement and professional development.
Minimum Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience that demonstrates knowledge of program design and execution, coordination, communication, data collection, and reporting.
Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in program coordination or administrative functions in higher education, student development, alumni relations, or a related setting.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

This job operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment.
This is largely a sedentary role; however, operation of standard office equipment, bending or standing as necessary, and lifting up to 50 lbs. may be required.
